The Style Show: A Runway to Empower is our annual fundraiser that supports the efforts of our work and assists us in giving a voice to all. Rare beauty is stitched within each of us and sewn within each cell. No matter how we strut down the runway, it's the beauty and rarity composed within each of us that makes us each breathtakingly beautiful. The Style Show: A Runway to Empower is an evening to raise awareness and financial support for Rare by Design.

The core mission of The Style Show: A Runway to Empower is for attendees to see the importance of how true representation matters in all aspects of life. Including all means “all” in every way, shape and form, ranging from TV shows and commercials to board rooms and businesses.

Funds for Rare by Design are crucial to giving a voice to all in the rare disease and disability community. Funds raised through the event support:

Inclusive Ad Campaign: a diverse group of individuals with rare diseases and disabilities coming together to spread awareness of inclusivity and the importance of true representation.
Community-Based Visual Arts Project: a collaborative endeavor designed to celebrate the lives of individuals with disabilities and rare diseases, unleashing the potential of all individuals and the beauty they possess.
Research + Education: Rare by Design strives to create dialogue and build community among those impacted by rare diseases and disabilities by shedding light on research, education and giving voice to every person's unique journey.
